We had a major home leak and The Disaster Company and Walker were so great throughout this entire process. Always very responsive and Walker made sure we understood the timeline and set very clear expectations. He did everything he could to expedite things for us when he could. We’re so happy with how everything turned out!!!
The Disaster Company people were professional, friendly, and responsive during a stressful time. They worked around my schedule, were fast, and cleaned while they worked and after. They were particularly careful during our remodel to protect some areas I had missed during prep for their arrival.
I worked with Disaster Co on a large commercial project in SLC. I had a great experiece the entire way through. They completed roughly $800,000 worth of work on a large commercial building for me. The service was great, they were prompt, team players, always willing to go above and beyond the contract to make sure the final space looked better than they were paid to leave it. We were worried about some dark spots in our bathroom. Disaster Company thoroughly tested our bathroom and nearby rooms and found no mold that required treatment. He asked for a lot of specifics, which was great because I have known other companies not to do that, resulting in innacurate quotes. The Disaster Company did a phenomenal job of assessing our needs (damage) when our house had a major flooding. They quickly responded with a plan to move forward- and they completed all work in an excellent fashion. Their technicians were prompt, polite, thorough and did the work in a timely manner. When all was said and done- "it was like it never even happened". I would not hesitate to recommend the Disaster Company and I am glad they were there for our house!
