We are very pleased with The Disaster Company. Andrea did an excellent job from day one. Showed up to assess the situation within minutes. She coordinated all the work in a timely manner, while working around our schedule. She checked on us periodically while waiting on permits. Her entire team was friendly, professional and had great craftsmanship.

Everyone was wholely concerned with the cleaning and restoration of my home. They were instrumental in getting the insurance informed and saw to getting the coverage that was due me. Thanks to Andrea and Jerry and all the workmen. The workmen even helped deliver heavy items to DI that were beyound my ability to deliver. thank you. They were instumental in the Asbestos mitigation.

They were such a wonderful company to work with! Very clean and respectful employees. They did an amazing job at clean up and showed up when they said they would. Andrea was great! She was responsive, reliable and went above and beyond. I would recommend them for any house Reno or clean up!

From getting the water out of my flooded basement all the way to moving the last piece of furniture back into place, The Disaster Company was AMAZING! Communication was excellent & I never had to wonder what the next step was because they always let me know. Every member of their team that did any work in my home was always friendly and able to answer any questions I had. Highly recommended!

After a major leak damaged my kitchen, I was stressed and unsure where to begin. Thankfully, The Disaster Compamy turned a disaster into a complete transformation! From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly skilled.
They handled everything—from the initial cleanup to the full remodel—with care and attention to detail. The crew was respectful of my home, and always kept me updated on progress.
Now, my kitchen looks better than it ever did before the damage. I’m truly grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage or looking for quality remodeling. Andrea was great to work with and Mario and Edgar consistently impressed with their master crafstmenahip. Five stars all the way!

Incredible service from start to finish! After our basement flooded, we were stressed and overwhelmed, but this team came in and took care of everything. They showed up quickly, were super friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They handled the water cleanup, drying, and even helped with the insurance process. Their attention to detail and care for our home really stood out. We’re so grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if we ever need restoration work. Highly recommended!

Second-floor washing machine leak while on vacation. Drying out was not fun but mitigation team did a thorough job . Andrea was particularly helpful in managing the rebuild stage and helping put our 2nd floor back together.

Randi, Claude, Dustin, and the team did an excellent job of responding to our immediate need to clean up the basement area after the sewer line backed up. The house ended up needing asbestos mitigation as well, and they worked with us to keep costs under control. Happy with the results and recommend The Disaster Company for your disaster needs.

Great communication and a great price! Other quotes were far higher and didn't even include the full job.
The repair they did was in a tenant occupied rental and they were great at coordinating with both me and them and making the process as painless as possible.
10/10 would recommend.

Hayden and Aaron were awesome! They were knowledgeable and very professional. But after the process of the demolition was done the process of the cleanup was awful. They sent out a guy who was new and did a terrible job on the sanding and dru walling. So, someone had to come out and redo his work. The job was almost done, and the leak happened again, so they had to redo a big part of the job. This job should of took a month at most took 6 months total. I will never use them again.

Our home flooded due to a clogged toliet in November. We were sleeping g and unaware and it flooded both floors in our home. That morning we woke up to soggy carpet and water coming through ceilings. As we were cleaning up we realized this event was bigger than us. I searched and found Disaster company, not knowing what I would be walking into... My experience with them from that first phone call has been wonderful. The person on the other line was super helpful and empathetic. They had someone out within the hour to help us. Then they assigned us Claude and his team to demo the home. Claude was super helpful and contacted us each day to give us updates and an ETA, he let us know about when we would need to move out so we could prep. After the demo came the rebuild we were assigned Andrea. Again she contacted us daily and went above and beyond to make sure our home was put back together perfectly. Claude and Andrea's team were wonderful Mario, Jimmy, LJ, MacKay, and Dustin always had a smile on their face, willing to explain and update us, kind to my family, treated the property with such respect. The subcontractors Jesus and Alex were just as professional. I hope no one ever has to go through what we went through, but if they do I would highly recommend Disaster Company. They know how to work with customers, insurance agencies, etc. This awful moment was completed smoothly and with care.

We called The Disaster Company when a water line from our water heater to the whole house humidifier broke and ended up flooding half of our basement overnight - the half that was in the opposite direction of the water alarm, LOL. TDC was quick to respond and get started on mitigation. Everyone has been very professional, courteous, and seems very knowledgeable and skilled. They gave us detailed info about everything that was affected and what needed to be done to restore in writing.
We'd been planning to remodel some of the affected area and decided it made more sense to do it now. TDC was happy to help us figure that out and give us detailed project and cost info on that. They did such a great job that we asked them to help us with a couple of other projects we'd been planning to do. Special shout out to Mario who's done an excellent job on the LVP flooring, baseboards, and doors.

We had a water leak in September, I called a different company, left a message and did not hear from them by the next day, I called the Disaster Cleanup crew, they had someone out within the hour with all the equipment necessary to start drying out the damage which prevented any mold to grow. Although the repair stage was a bit unnerving, we had the best person possible to assist us with all the details. Andrea is the most efficient, kind, and knowledgeable person in this field. She made the whole situation less stressful. Thank You Andrea!

House flooded. My wife called these folks and they set about mitigating damage then tearing out walls, floors and ceilings and then rebuilding. We had some minor problems that you're going to encounter any time you entirely refurbish a gutted house from the outside in, but the place looks great. I can recommend Disaster Co. to anyone. They get the job done right.

We had a major home leak and The Disaster Company and Walker were so great throughout this entire process. Always very responsive and Walker made sure we understood the timeline and set very clear expectations. He did everything he could to expedite things for us when he could. We’re so happy with how everything turned out!!!

I worked with Disaster Co on a large commercial project in SLC. I had a great experiece the entire way through. They completed roughly $800,000 worth of work on a large commercial building for me. The service was great, they were prompt, team players, always willing to go above and beyond the contract to make sure the final space looked better than they were paid to leave it. Very knowledgable and easy to work with!

We were worried about some dark spots in our bathroom. Disaster Company thoroughly tested our bathroom and nearby rooms and found no mold that required treatment. The very nice workman did not charge us a penny for his expertise. I would definitely call Disaster Company again. Thank you for your kind service.

I just talked with Craig from The Disaster Company, who gave me a quote for their services. He asked for a lot of specifics, which was great because I have known other companies not to do that, resulting in innacurate quotes. He was kind enough to not only do his job but to also give us some very much needed advice and knowledge explaining the work that they do. Thank you, Craig!

The Disaster Company did a phenomenal job of assessing our needs (damage) when our house had a major flooding. They quickly responded with a plan to move forward- and they completed all work in an excellent fashion. Their technicians were prompt, polite, thorough and did the work in a timely manner. When all was said and done- "it was like it never even happened". I would not hesitate to recommend the Disaster Company and I am glad they were there for our house!
